This is my current singlespeed. I ride it about 90% of the time when I'm doing mountain bike riding.
21 pounds, give or take. I've got some relatively heavy tires, seatpost, etc, but I have made some efforts to make the bike light. I probably spent too much money on it, to be honest.
Frame and fork, of course, are Waltworks. The frame uses the spiffy Paragon slider dropouts and I've got the new superlight Truetemper steerer on the suspension corrected fork.
Wheels are DT 240s hubs (rear is singlespeed specific). Best hubs on the planet, they're just not cheap. The rims are Velocity VXCs - I can't bring myself to spend the money on Stan's rims. Spokes are boring 14/15 gauge with brass nips. Tires are WTB Exiwolf wire (front) and Maxxis Ignitor (rear) both tubeless using Stan's Olympic rim strips.
Brakes are a Shimano XT lever/XTR rotor on the front, and a Deore lever/rotor for the rear. The combo was available for really, really cheap. They work extremely well, too.
Drivetrain is a Sugino crankset mated to a UN73 bottom bracket. Go square taper! Pedals are ridiculously fancy Crank Bros 4-ti. Rear cog is a cheapo steel generic, and the chain is a SRAM PC-58.
Stem is an old Ritchey "pro" 80mm.
Seatpost is a Thomson 27.2x330. Good solid stuff.
Saddle is a new-wave Bontrager. My old saddle is pretty much dead, so I'm hoping this one will be comfy.
Easton Monkeylite bar - best carbon bar out there. 26" wide, 9 degrees of sweep, 155 grams. Sweet.
Grips are some bar tape I scavenged out of the parts bin. Seem to work good.
Headset, cheapo IRD. Still kickin' after 5 years. Not bad!
